PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The purpose of the Site is to provide visitors with information regarding USA memberships, travel packages, match tickets and content related to the Manchester United Football Club and other matters connected with the game of football.

MEMBERS ONLY: CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree that you are responsible for everything that you transmit to the Site and you agree not to use the Members Only discussion forums for any commercial purpose, post content or participate in any form of discussion which is unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, racially offensive or which otherwise includes objectionable material or do not have the right to use or transmit to the Site any material containing software viruses or files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer or telecommunications equipment or impersonate any other person or entity whilst using the Site. MEMBERS ONLY: USERNAME AND PASSWORD
If you wish to access certain areas of the Site, you will be required to become a registered member. You will need to provide a username and password when doing so. You must ensure that you keep your username and password secret and that you do not disclose them to anyone as you will be responsible for all activities, which occur under your username and password. Manchester United Supporters Club of America is the official membership charter for Manchester United supporters based in the United States of America.

If you are under sixteen years of age, you must ask your parents or a guardian before you email the website, or ask One United USA to email anything to you, send in any information to the One United USA, enter any contest or game that requires information about you or offers a prize, post any information within the Red Views section or applying for USA membership. By continuing to use this website and any of the services offered, you are confirming that you have received the consent of your parents or a guardian.
PRIVACY POLICY
One United USA is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to its sites, nor is so-called "cookie" technology used by the Site. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of our Internet servers. This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor.
